Booking and cancellation conditions

Standard Rate: The guest can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The guest will have to pay the full amount of the reservation if they cancel within 7 days of arrival. If the guest does not show up, they will have to pay the full amount of the reservation.

Stay rate: The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 7 days before arrival. The customer will have to pay the full amount of the reservation if they cancel within 7 days of arrival. If the customer does not show up, they will have to pay the full amount of the reservation.

Weekly rate: The customer can cancel their reservation free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. The customer will have to pay the full amount of the reservation if they cancel within 14 days of arrival. If the customer does not show up, they will have to pay the full amount of the reservation.

Check-in: Check-in possible between 3 p.m. and 11 p.m.
Check-out: Check-out possible until 10 a.m.
